It’s hard to say goodbye to Greece 🇬🇷 where we bought Myrto, our Sailboat. Oh but what a great journey we have had there. The countless islands and bays, villages and Tavernas.
We are currently about 4 hours from landfall in Italy 🇮🇹 excited for the new horizons there. Last night was our first long distance sail, 260 nautical miles. Taking us about 37 hours. Yes some one has to stay up and sail the boat. The boys did great.
June was a very busy month that took us from Turkey 🇹🇷 all the way to the other side of Greece.
We had an amazing visit from my sister and her family, who spent 10 days sailing on the boat with us in the Ionian Islands.
What a crazy dream come true it has been.
Wonderful Ken, Nina and the Lads! Is the cat still with ye?!? Italy is in our hearts since our trip there last Fall so enjoy everything … more amazing food, wine and vital, gelato!!
